Romania
In February 2008, Falcon was notified that it has been contingently awarded a new concession in southwestern Romania — the Anina Concession. The award is subject to negotiation and finalization of a concession agreement for the acreage. There is a minimal work program required under the concession, and the company will have the option to withdraw from this concession at the end of each contract year.
